Suggested Use

• First Week: 30 minutes per session, up to twice daily. Stay hydrated.

• Second Week Onward: Use as often as preferred, except for the head/neck area (no more than 30 minutes per session, up to twice daily).

• Application: Place directly on the skin or up to 8 inches away. For sensitive areas, a cloth can be used between the panel and skin without reducing effectiveness.
