Use within 30 days of opening. If pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, consult a physician before use.
If using with a sauna, you may want to take the Glutathione and then 10 minutes later the UltraBinder. The liver is likely to be releasing toxins during your sauna session. The Glutathione will support the liver detoxification process and the binder will help to catch those and remove them from the body. If you have a congested liver, you may want to take another dose of Glutathione after the sauna. But the best timing for your specific needs should be discussed with your health care practitioner.
